Hey everybody! We just got everything finalized on our new website, workout @ HealthStatus, ( http://workout.healthstatus.co... ). We have over 150 online workout videos that you can do right on your computer anytime, no schedules just click on your class and start working out. Over a dozen different instructors teaching classes on pilates, yoga, aerobics, cycling, kickboxing, step classes. There are special classes for heavyweights and limited mobility individuals. We also have pre & postnatal classes, including some Mommy & Me workouts for new moms and there babies. Let me know if you have any questions or comments.
